The People Behind the Processes
Real people. Real experience. Smarter ways of working.
At Shmunky, we believe running a business should be about moving forward, not getting buried in everything that happens behind the scenes.
We're a finance and operations partner for ambitious businesses that need more than traditional bookkeeping or administrative support.
We combine financial expertise, operational experience and intelligent automation to build better systems, streamline processes and help businesses grow with confidence.
You run your business. We'll take care of what happens behind it.
Meet Shmunky
A hands-on, personal approach to business support
Shmunky is an independent, founder-led business built around a simple belief: great businesses need great support behind the scenes.
Founded by Sylwia Delekta-Hope and run alongside her husband, Synj, Shmunky brings a personal, hands-on approach to finance, operations and business improvement.
We understand that running a business involves far more than managing the numbers. It's about keeping people, processes and systems working together.
We take ownership of the details, identify opportunities to improve and create practical solutions that make everyday business easier.
Personal service. Professional expertise. No unnecessary complexity
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
Not Just Finance, Not Just OIperations
We connect the dots
Traditional service providers often focus on one part of a business. We look at how everything works together.
From financial management and operational coordination to smarter workflows and intelligent automation, we help businesses reduce administration, improve efficiency and gain greater control over their operations.
We believe technology should solve real problems, not create new ones. That's why we combine modern systems with practical experience and genuine human accountability.
Smart technology. Practical thinking. Human accountability.
